Our Story.
Founded by Oliver Williams Jr., who was diagnosed with kidney disease in January 2023, our foundation is driven by a deep commitment to helping others facing similar challenges.​

Having experienced the impact of kidney disease firsthand, Oliver Williams Jr. recognized the critical need for support, education, and resources for individuals in crisis due to kidney-related health issues. Determined to make a difference, he established the Oliver Cares Kidney Foundation Inc. with a mission to raise awareness about kidney disease, provide preventive care workshops, training, and resources, and offer a guiding hand to those in need.

Born and raised in Jersey City, New Jersey, Oliver Williams Jr. has always been deeply connected to his community. For years, he served in law enforcement, dedicating his career to protecting and helping others. In January 2023, Oliver’s life took an unexpected turn when he was diagnosed with kidney disease.

Oliver felt God place a clear mission on his heart — to turn his personal challenge into a platform for education, awareness, and support. By March 2023, he founded Oliver Cares Kidney Foundation Inc., driven by the belief that knowledge, prevention, and community care can save lives.
